Southeast Health Equity Council (SHEC) purpose is to build collaboration and partnerships to achieve health equity in the Southeast region of the U.S.

National Partnership for Action (NPA) was established to mobilize a nationwide, comprehensive, community-driven, and sustained approach to combating health disparities and to move the nation toward achieving health equity. The activities of the NPA embody the principles of community-driven, cross-sector and partnership-based approaches, and promote a social-determinants of health approach for understanding the issues and defining the solutions.
